Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Retail, focusing on people leadership, inventory control, and ensuring daily smooth operations. The role emphasizes achieving performance metrics, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining regulatory compliance with state requirements.

Responsibilities include developing service standards, visual merchandising, coaching a 40+ member team, and managing scheduling while protecting confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment; comprehend safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations
• Review and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/training needs
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners
• Schedule within labor budget to meet business needs
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

ROLESUMMARY
