Job summary

Legacy Ventures Hospitality is seeking a standout General Manager in Atlanta to lead the SpringHill Suites Buckhead team and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving top-line and bottom-line performance.

You will oversee Rooms, F&B, Sales and Finance, develop department heads, implement revenue management and budgeting, and build a culture of engagement and accountability to consistently raise RevPAR, GOP and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience driving RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction scores.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across rooms, F&B, sales, and finance.
• Strong financial acumen and business planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
