Job summary

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• 2 years of applicable experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings to include basic painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• New hire will be capable of operating hand tools, stand-alone equipment and able to lift 75 pounds.
• This technician will operate machinery to include - Class VII and below forklifts and hold or be willing to obtain a CDL w/hazmat endorsement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be willing to work in adverse weather, unstable terrain, and in all outside conditions.
• This individual must be able read, understand and adhere to all applicable SOP's and TSRA's.
