We are looking for someone to join Team Yuma as a Part-time General Maintenance Worker, working with the City of Yuma Utilities Department. Wastewater Divisions. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of manual labor, maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks related to municipal facilities, grounds, equipment, and utility operations. Duties may vary based on job assignment and may include assisting with routine maintenance, cleaning, material handling, and other general labor tasks as assigned.
Under close supervision, assists with general labor and maintenance tasks.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some experience in general maintenance work is preferred.
A valid Arizona State Driver's License is required.
Work is performed indoors and outdoors at work sites throughout the city; requires ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects; may be exposed to safety hazards and dangerous tools and equipment; safety precautions must be followed, including use of safety equipment.
