LAUKOA seeks a General Maintenance Worker III – Lead to supervise maintenance staff across FLETC Charleston and Naval Weapons Station, coordinating daily assignments and ensuring safe, timely completion of corrective and preventive tasks.
You will perform skilled trades, read blueprints, manage inventory, enforce OSHA safety, and support after-hours emergencies. Leadership experience and five years in building maintenance are required; a high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

Lead and perform a wide range of general building maintenance tasks across FLETC Charleston and Naval Weapons Station.
