Summary
Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of campus facilities. Will participate in and supervise basic general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and moving/hauling furniture, equipment, materials, and trash.

This is an Essential Personnel position which may require reporting for duty during emergencies and can be designated as essential for critical tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
• Ability to use hand and electrical tools
• Ability to follow instructions in various formats
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
