Job Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and janitorial tasks.
- Conduct minor repairs such as fixing broken locks and filling gaps on walls.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Maintain garden/yard by mowing the lawn, collecting trash, and ensuring the exterior of the building is clean and tidy.
- Carry out maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and changing filters.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., replace pumps).
- Check the functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms.
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
- Report issues to the facilities or maintenance manager.
- Follow directions from team leads, supervisors, and managers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety rules and demonstrate great attendance.

Essential Functions:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance position.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
- Must be 18 years old; high school diploma preferred; detail-oriented; automotive/mechanical ability is a plus.
- Willingness to work with chemicals and get dirty at times.
- Skill and ability to work with manual tools (must provide your own) and other instruments.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day, sometimes under pressure.
- Have a can-do attitude, with good time management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and the ability to help others.
- Adhere to all safety rules and maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
