LB&B Associates Inc. is currently accepting applications for a General Maintenance Worker at its contract to provide operation and maintenance services located in the Kansas City, KS area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing general maintenance and repair of equipment, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
2. Replacing electrical components such as receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
3. Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
4. Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
5. Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
6. Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles.
7. Hanging doors and installing locks.
8. Replacing broken windowpanes and maintaining equipment and machinery.
9. Experience in commercial HVAC repair and routine maintenance of mechanical building systems is highly desired.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in general maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work.
• Experience in HVAC and facility maintenance is a plus.
