Job summary

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a contract located in Concord, NH (Federal Building). The role supports building operations with hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of general maintenance experience, including HVAC familiarity, and a high school diploma or GED. Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with accommodations for qualified candidates as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Experience across painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
• HVAC repair and overall facility maintenance experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch holes in walls/ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks; replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install locks; replace broken window panes.
• Maintain and service mechanical building systems including HVAC.

Brief Description LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a contract in Concord, NH (Federal Building).

Working schedule for this position: Monday through Friday / 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualified Candidates Must Have a Minimum Of (4) Years' Experience Performing General Maintenance And Repair Of Equipment Requiring Practical Skill And Knowledge In Such Trades As Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, And Electrical Work. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In The Following

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floors tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing locks.
• Replacing broken window panes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems including PM's, routine service calls and overall facility maintenance highly desired.

High School Diploma/GED required.
