Job summary

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a contract in Concord, NH (Federal Building). Working schedule: Monday through Friday / 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years' experience performing general maintenance and repair across painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical trades. High School Diploma/GED required and strong safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of building equipment.
• Reinstall or replace electrical outlets, wiring and fixtures as needed.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers and toilets; paint floors, steps and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles; hang doors and install locks.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and routine service calls where needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist with general building upkeep.

Description

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a contract in Concord, NH (Federal Building).Working schedule for this position: Monday through Friday / 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of (4) years' experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floors tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing locks.
• Replacing broken window panes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems including PM's, routine service calls and overall facility maintenance highly desired.

High School Diploma/GED required.
