Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance and repairs across our government facilities in Arlington, VA. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanical systems.

You will work Monday to Friday on the 1st shift, with a starting wage of $35.84 per hour and a focus on safety, reliability, and quality workmanship within a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years general maintenance experience.
• Must be certified Libert or Stulz CRAC units to include DDC controls or obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical buildings systems.
• Must pass background check.

About the Role
