Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a General Maintenance I in Buffalo, NY. The role involves performing on-site maintenance projects, keeping records and inventory, and responding to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, maintaining tools and inventory, and upholding a positive service attitude toward customers and coworkers. HVAC-related tasks and driving between three sites may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Some driving required using your personal vehicle between the 3 sites, mileage reimbursed when it exceeds your normal commute.
• HVAC troubleshooting, electrical, plumbing & general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records.
• Responds to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as required.
• Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintains and accounts for tools used.
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.

The General Maintenance I role is crucial position in the Maintenance department. Duties include performing all necessary maintenance project on site while keeping records & inventory.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $24.68 to $32.81. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
