Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Maintenance I to perform on-site maintenance tasks, document preventative measures, and respond to repairs across three sites. You will manage records, maintain critical inventory, and uphold safety and service standards while working with a team.

This role involves driving between sites in your personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement as applicable. The position emphasizes maintaining equipment, following procedures, and contributing to smooth daily operations in

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Some driving required using your personal vehicle between sites; mileage reimbursed when exceeding normal commute.

The General Maintenance I role is crucial position in the Maintenance department. Duties include performing all necessary maintenance project on site while keeping records & inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records
• Responds to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as required
• Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintains and accounts for tools used
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification preferred

• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
• Some driving required using your personal vehicle between the 3 sites, but mileage is reimbursed when it exceeds your normal commute.
• HVAC troubleshooting, electrical, plumbing & general maintenance
  

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
