Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform a range of building and grounds upkeep. The role is year-round and duties vary by site. You will maintain and repair fixtures, inspect facilities, and support safety policies.

Responsibilities include completing scheduled maintenance checklists, reporting major issues, using tools safely, and delivering customer-service oriented support to clients and co-workers. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
• Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance as needed to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition.
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Reports on any major maintenance need and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
• Demonstrates efficient and safe use of equipment and tools.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.
