Teya Development in AZ is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance and support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general trades to keep federal facilities safe and operational. The role involves daily walkthroughs, basic diagnostics, and adherence to safety standards.
The candidate should have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, and possess a valid driver's license. OSHA 10 is preferred but not required.
