• Perform door hardware repair/replacement.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance including skid steer and forklifts.

Job Description

The General Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks assigned by the Foreman. These tasks may include assisting with extra workload and various supporting tasks within the Data Center.

Responsibilities

• Door hardware repair/replacement
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Ceiling and carpet tile replacement
• Vehicle maintenance (skid steer, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Installation of various non‑critical hardware (signs, guardrails, shelves, etc.)
• Material movement
• Roll‑up door and dock‑lock repairs
• Replenish spill kit materials
• Basic infrastructure repairs
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Previous experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
