Job Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks assigned by the Foreman. These tasks may include assisting with extra workload and various supporting tasks within the Data Center.
Responsibilities
- Door hardware repair/replacement
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Ceiling and carpet tile replacement
- Vehicle maintenance (skid steer, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Installation of various non‑critical hardware (signs, guardrails, shelves, etc.)
- Material movement
- Roll‑up door and dock‑lock repairs
- Replenish spill kit materials
- Basic infrastructure repairs
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Previous experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fluid environment

- Ability to pick‑up minimum 60 lbs.

- Ability to use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel, and type
- Ability to see at close and distance ranges and the ability to see and correctly distinguish color
