Job summary

UG2 is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including installation of office partitions, patching and painting walls, and repair of facility equipment.

Responsibilities include installing partitions and furniture, flooring, door hardware, preventive maintenance, plumbing repairs, carpentry tasks, and other related duties. Three to five years of commercial/industrial maintenance experience required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience as a general maintenance mechanic in a commercial/industrial facility.
• Ability to perform carpentry-related tasks.
• Capable of plumbing repairs and maintaining facility equipment.
• Familiar with surface preparation and painting drywall, wood, and metal surfaces.
• Effective communication to respond to customer needs.
