Job summary

UG2 LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of maintenance duties in a commercial/industrial facility. The role includes installing partitions, flooring, painting, and maintaining mechanical systems and plumbing.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience, be able to perform carpentry and plumbing tasks, and communicate effectively with customers to address needs. This role is part-time with a first-shift schedule and hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience as a general maintenance mechanic in a commercial/industrial facility.
• Ability to perform carpentry related tasks.
• Capable of performing plumbing repairs and maintaining facility equipment.
• Familiar with surface preparation and painting drywall, wood, and metal surfaces.
• Ability to effectively communicate and respond to customer needs.
