MaineGeneral Health is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Gray Birch Long-Term Care location. The technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, structures, and grounds throughout the facility. Responsibilities include assisting with installation, testing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and systems as scheduled or needed; performing utility and structural repairs; maintaining records of installations; taking inventory of repair parts and supplies; and maintaining grounds as scheduled.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, the ability to work independently and with a team, effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment, with previous maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare.
