Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience or equivalent education and training in facilities maintenance, with emphasis on electrical systems.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Read and understand equipment schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems
• Install, remove, and repair plumbing systems
• Service, repair and replace equipment
• Service of automatic door systems
• Light emergency roof, ceiling, and parking lot repairs
• Must be available 24 hours for emergencies and shift work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work independently with little direction
