The position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor located in McArthur, Ohio.# **Responsibilities and Duties*** Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with process equipment.* Conduct preventative maintenance work orders.* Disassemble/install new equipment, sensors, machines, etc.* Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, etc.* Inspect equipment and systems for stability and quality.# **Education and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent* 2+ years previous maintenance experience* Experience in explosive manufacture preferred# **Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities*** Possess an understanding of electrical systems and be able to read and understand wiring diagrams.* Possess an understanding of mechanical systems and be able to read and understand detail and process & instrumentation drawings.* Possess an understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.* Effective problem-solving abilities.* Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.* Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks.# **Work Environment**This position requires no travel.
