Job Summary

The General Maintenance Mechanic performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other items.

Education

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required)

Certification / Licensure

• Driver's License (Required)
• Refrigerant Recovery certification Type I and Type II or Universal (Preferred)

• Facility Maintenance – 1 year (Required)
