First (Days)Overview:
Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems, including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items.
Plumbing experience (commercial or residential) is strongly preferred. This position is classified as "Mission Essential" personnel. Eligible candidates must reside within 30 minutes or less from the Sentara Martha Jefferson Campus.
Position requires rotating weekends, shifts, and on-call availability as needed.
