Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a facilities technician to perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and office facilities across office, manufacturing, and lab environments. You will service HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and report to supervision.

This role supports the Second Shift and requires a high school diploma with 3+ years of hands-on maintenance, tool proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of hands-on facility maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of trade school/certification and experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and general mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work on-site full-time, Monday-Friday.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment.
• Monitor and service HVAC equipment (air handlers, chillers, exhaust/makeup air systems, RTUs, controls) to maintain temperature, humidity, and airflow.
• Troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and report them to supervisor.
• May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.
• This position will be supporting Second Shift.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $56600.00 - $105000.00
