Job summary

Foster Blue Water Oil LLC in Midland, MI is seeking a dedicated groundskeeping and janitorial professional to maintain exterior and interior cleanliness, assist with landscaping, and support facility maintenance.

This role covers outdoor and indoor tasks with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Competitive pay up to $18 per hour plus benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Clean and maintain vacuum stations, mat cleaning areas, and vending areas.
• Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas.
• Perform basic landscaping duties.
• Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools.
