Job summary

EPC Real Estate Group is seeking a Groundskeeper in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for daily grounds upkeep, including trash collection, landscaping, and cleaning of outdoor spaces. You will also assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and help maintain shared areas.

The ideal candidate has grounds or custodial experience, possesses the ability to follow directions, and enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a hands-on position with a focus on keeping the property looking its best.

• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Daily grounds pickup; trash and recycle management; common-area cleaning.
• Assist with landscaping, mulching, watering, and seasonal plant care.
• Snow/ice removal and de-icing as assigned.
• Power-wash and clean breezeways, sidewalks, and amenities.
• Report hazards, damages, and work order needs to maintenance.
• Support pool/janitorial tasks and event setups as trained.

Job description

Be the reason curb appeal turns heads. As a Groundskeeper, you start with a sweep of the property: trash collection, tidying of breezeways and amenities, and keeping shared spaces spotless all day. You support light landscaping, seasonal tasks, and winter weather response, and you flag hazards or repairs for the maintenance team. Turnover assistance may be occasionally needed. Expect plenty of steps, fresh air, and visible results. If you notice the little things and move with purpose, you’ll make an immediate impact.
