Job summary

Foster Blue Water Oil LLC is seeking a reliable groundskeeper/janitorial team member to maintain outdoor and indoor spaces. You will keep parking lots, sidewalks, and customer areas clean, perform basic landscaping, and assist with pressure washing as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in groundskeeping or facility maintenance and a keen eye for detail to sustain a pristine environment in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the property including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer areas.

• Clean and maintain vacuum stations, mat cleaning areas, and vending areas.
• Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas.

• Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools.
