Olsten Staffing Services is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a housing community in Maxton, NC. This temp-to-perm role runs Monday–Friday and pays $15.00 per hour, offering a path to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, painting, door and lock work, plumbing repairs, and timely response to requests. A valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and independent work capability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic maintenance experience required.
• Plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment.

Maintenance Technician – Housing Community (Temp-to-Perm)

We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a housing community. This is a Monday–Friday, temp-to-perm opportunity offering $15.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the housing community
• Painting apartments and common areas as needed
• Install and repair doors, locks, and hardware
• Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, clogs, etc.)
• Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
