Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking experienced transportation litigation attorneys for current and future opportunities in leading firms across multiple markets. The role offers increased litigation responsibility, opportunities for direct client relationships, and a clear path for long-term career growth within Am Law and boutique firm environments.

Formación

• Active bar license in Florida or eligibility to practice.
• Experience handling transportation and trucking defense matters.
• Strong discovery, deposition, and motion practice skills.

• Collaborate with experts (accident reconstruction, etc.) and manage discovery.
• Advise on strategy, liability exposure, and settlements.

Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in transportation litigation, trucking defense, and commercial vehicle accident litigation.

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

Experience That May Be a Fit

• Defending trucking companies, transportation providers, commercial carriers, and insured businesses.

• Handling commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death litigation.

• Working with accident reconstruction specialists and other expert witnesses.

• Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Advising on litigation strategy, liability exposure, and settlement considerations.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! Experience from regional and specialized transportation defense firms is valuable.
