Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our Civil Litigation and Trial practice group with openings in Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Delaware; remote candidates are also welcome.

The role involves taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Delaware bar admission and 2–4 years of civil litigation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
• 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in general liability, commercial litigation, construction and/or insurance defense preferred.

Responsibilities
