Qualifications

• JD and active Pennsylvania bar required.
• 3–8 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience.
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent—law clerks and summer associates not considered.
• Deposition and motion-practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Defend general liability and premises matters in Pennsylvania state and federal court.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Advise carriers on exposure and strategy.
• Take ownership of files through resolution.
