Confidential in Mississippi seeks an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. You will handle a heavy caseload from pre-litigation through trial, including slip-and-fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and dog bite matters.

Responsibilities include drafting and filing pleadings and discovery, guiding clients through the case process, coordinating with expert witnesses, and appearing at depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
