Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Six (6) years of litigation claims management experience (General Liability) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate high end General Liability claims and manage complex coverage scenarios.
• Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and counsel; seek legal opinions and early resolutions.
• Attend mediations, trials, arbitrations, or hearings as needed.
• Identify settlement opportunities and monitor disposition with client designees.
