Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience: Four (4) years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and acts on reports and forms; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinions and early resolution.
• Handles high-end claims with serious injuries and complex coverage.
• Responds to decisions, court orders; creates action plans; coordinates with clients.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and coordinates with local counsel.
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations, or hearings as needed.
