As a Permanent General Liability Defense Attorney, you will be entrusted with a multitude of responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations, ensuring they are well informed about their legal liability.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence, ensuring a thorough understanding of each case.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, including personal injury cases, in the best interest of clients.
• Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Confer with colleagues to establish and verify bases for legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury defense.

• Proven track record of successfully defending clients in personal injury cases.
