Responsibilities

• Assist in case preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Maintain client communication and provide updates."
• Handle discovery responses and document reviews.
• Appear in court for routine motions and hearings with supervision.
• Advise clients on rights, obligations, and risks; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and staff to execute strategies.
• Meet billable hour targets through efficient case management.
• Attend CLE programs and stay updated on legal trends.
• Contribute to firm goals and initiatives.
