The attorney will defend businesses and individuals across premises and products liability, torts, and related matters, taking depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and representing clients at hearings and trials.

Requirements include Florida Bar licensure, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Florida attorney in good standing with strong communication skills.
• Prior litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to take and defend depositions, draft motions, and argue dispositive motions.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law.
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients.
