Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a driven, hard-working attorney to join our General Liability practice group in Fort Myers, FL. The attorney will defend businesses and individuals in matters from premises liability to products liability and other torts.

Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, attending hearings and trials, performing legal research, preparing pleadings, and coordinating with clients and expert witnesses.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
• Competitive compensation with monthly revenue-based bonus potential for associates and end-of-year bonus.
