Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a driven, hardworking attorney to join our General Liability practice group in Miami, FL. We defend businesses and individuals across premises and products liability and all types of torts.

Responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings and trials, researching case law, preparing pleadings, and communicating with clients and experts. Qualifications: licensed Florida Bar member, excellent communication, strong problem-solving, team

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
