Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Allentown, PA is seeking an attorney with 1-4 years of experience in General Liability and/or Workers' Compensation to join our team. JD required; Pennsylvania bar license preferred.

Responsibilities include handling cases from inception to post-trial, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and appearing in court or mediation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage a litigation caseload

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in General Liability and/or Workers' Compensation.
• JD degree required; licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and work well within a team.
• Team oriented mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to post-trial.
• Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status.
• Make court appearances and participate in mediation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare, review, and respond to discovery.
• Conduct legal research as required by each case.
• Direct and cross-examine expert witnesses at trial and depositions.
• Meet billing requirements.
