You will handle monthly close, invoicing, journal entries, flux analysis and reconciliations, and provide explanations for variances, working with multiple departments to fulfill requests with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 0–5 years of accounting experience for entry levels; more for senior levels.
• Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Calculate and post monthly invoices based on contract terms.
• Gather explanations for monthly flux analysis.
• Prepare account reconciliations and explain significant items.
• Assist with quarterly and annual audit processes.
