Energy Transfer is seeking an Analyst-Accounts Payable to join our Shared Accounting team in Dallas. You will maintain reporting, analysis and data integrity for the accounts payable function, while partnering with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure timely payments.

You will handle AP metrics, vendor inquiries, 1099 reporting, and assist with month-end close and audits. A strong eye for detail and collaborative mindset are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• SAP knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel in particular.
• OpenText experience or similar workflow system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist AP leadership with system projects.
• Maintain AP metrics reporting.
• Manage AP third-party trade, GRIR and reconciliation accounts.
• Assist with 1099 reporting.
• Perform all Alteryx reporting accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for PO/NPO processing and support accuracy.
• Support month-end closing and audit inquiries.
