Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a mid-size 501(c)(3).
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar cloud ERP.
• Ability to independently prepare journal entries and balance sheets.
• Proficiency in multi-dimensional coding and grant allocations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply multi-dimensional coding to every transaction in Sage Intacct.
• Prepare, review, and post standard journal entries.
• Audit and certify employee credit card coding with proper documentation.
• Perform remote deposit capture and match checks to the ledger.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and code recurring transactions consistently.
