• Assist in implementing and maintaining a high-quality ERP environment (Sage Intacct) including support for modules tied to GL, A/R, A/P and reporting workflows.
• Support audit activities by preparing schedules, responding to inquiry, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work cross‑functionally with operations, sales, finance systems, and project teams to gather data, ensure alignment of accounting entries, and improve controls.

Position Summary

The General Ledger Accountant will be a key contributor to the finance department. You will support the month-end close process, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, assist in client invoicing and accounts receivable tasks, and process improvement/automation efforts. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses
• Maintain and update the general ledger: review, clean up and monitor account balances, sub‑ledger tie‑outs, and ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Prepare expense accruals, prepaid expense amortizations, and other routine accounting estimates
• Assist with client and partner invoicing and accounts receivable management, including aging, collections support, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager to ensure all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to and help identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
• Assist in implementing and maintaining a high-quality ERP environment (Sage Intacct) including support for modules tied to GL, A/R, A/P and reporting workflows
• Support audit activities by preparing schedules, responding to inquiry, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
