Sunpan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role involves unloading containers, verifying goods, and preparing products for forklift operations. You will help wrap skids, load trucks, and maintain clean, organized storage areas; accuracy and safety are essential.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and place products in designated areas.
• Verify received goods against packing sheets.
• Prepare products for forklift stacking.
• Wrap shipping skids and compare with packing slips.
• Load products onto trucks under supervision.
• Unload products from trucks under supervision.
• Ensure proper packing materials and pallets.
• Receive deliveries and store them properly.
• Keep items organized to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Log shipping and receiving records.
• Optimize storage space.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly through shipping, receiving, and inventory support. This hands‑on role is perfect for a detail‑oriented team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

About The Role

• Unload containers and put the product in the designated areas
• Compare the product received against the receiving sheets
• Prepare products for the forklift driver to stack up
• Wrap shipping skids efficiently, and compare them with packing slips
• Load products ready to ship onto trucks under the supervision of the supervisor or team lead
• Unload products from the truck under the supervision of the supervisor or team lead
• Check products to ensure working order and quantities
• Choose appropriate packing materials and pallets, and pack products in accordance with product safety protocols
• Receive product deliveries from manufacturing units, and ensure that they are properly stored
• Arrange items in an organized manner to avoid damage or premature wear and tear
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and tools used in the delivery or loading processes
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized at all times
• Maintain both shipping and receiving logs
• Optimize space by ensuring that everything is stored efficiently
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/Team Lead

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
