Job summary

Menasha Packaging is hiring General Laborers / Machine Assistants for day and night shifts. You will support machine operators, feed and stack corrugated products, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced plant. Paid training is provided to all new hires.

This hands-on role offers 12-hour shifts, opportunities for overtime, and room to grow within a leading packaging company serving major brands across North America.

Qualifications

About The Opportunity

The General Laborer supports manufacturing operations by assisting with machine setup, material handling, and production across multiple departments. This role involves feeding materials into equipment, stacking finished products, and preparing items for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Employees are cross trained in various areas and may operate equipment such as balers, unitizers, or down stackers. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment. Pay & Schedule

• Starting/Training Pay: $24.52/hr


• Qualified Pay: $25.58/hr


• Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM


• Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM


• 2-2-3 rotating schedule


• Overtime opportunities available
