About The Opportunity

The General Laborer supports manufacturing operations by assisting with machine setup, material handling, and production across multiple departments. This role involves feeding materials into equipment, stacking finished products, and preparing items for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Employees are cross trained in various areas and may operate equipment such as balers, unitizers, or down stackers. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast‑paced environment. Pay & Schedule

Starting/Training Pay: $24.52/hr
Qualified Pay: $25.58/hr
Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Overtime opportunities available
