Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking Production Associates for a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will prepare and deliver products for conversion into finished items, and organize final products for shipping while supporting safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include basic preventative maintenance on machines, general housekeeping, and working any shift with overtime as needed. A high school diploma and forklift/clamp truck experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Forklift or clamp truck experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience in corrugated industry is preferred.

About The Opportunity

Schedule/Hours 1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Crew A & B: 7:00am-7:00pm Crew C & D: 7:00pm-7:00am

Compensation $20.72 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering products for conversion into finished items
• Organizing final products for shipping and distribution
• Sharing team goals and managing job assignments
• Performing basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
• Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a continuously safe and clean team work environment

Education Desired

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience Required

• Previous experience working on with a forklift or clamp truck
• Two (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous experience working in the corrugated industry

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment

Our Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high‑volume environment.

Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and / or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees
• Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
