Job summary

Martin Energy in Tipton, MO is seeking a 2nd/3rd shift General Laborer to perform a range of manual tasks in welding and fabrication. You will assist with grinding, CNC plasma cutting, equipment operation, and material handling. A 15% shift differential applies to the shift.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work safely.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work second/third shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and basic construction tools.
• Assist with grinding, welding, and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Support CNC plasma cutting as directed by supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and organized and perform safety checks.
