Job summary

Tipton - Martin Energy is seeking a General Laborer to support welding and fabrication operations in Tipton, MO. You will grind weld seams, assist with CNC plasma cutting, and operate basic shop equipment as directed by supervision.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team while following strict safety rules and PPE usage. Prior metal fabrication exposure is a plus.

# General LaborerTipton - Martin Energy - Tipton, MO 65081## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## Description**Purpose of the Role** Responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks and manual duties set out by the supervisor. The position includes grinding weld seams to a smooth shape/finish, assisting with CNC plasma cutting machines as well as other duties required for the welding and fabrication process. The candidate must be in good physical shape to perform a wide variety of tasks that require stamina, focus and attention to detail.
